ROLE SUMMARY

As People Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and driving the implementation of strategies around the most important element of our business - People. Through the delivery of the People Strategy, you will contribute to our aims of creating an inclusive, flexible, and high-performing working culture, with a diverse and talented workforce.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for the strategy team such as conducting research, analyzing competition, and helping to shape creative briefs.
  • Developing and establishing processes to attract, retain, and grow our employees in order to best accomplish your company’s mission.
  • Implementing policies and procedures surrounding People processes that represent innovative, best practices for the company.
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to conceive, create, implement, and execute programs and solutions in support of the growth and advancement of our people and our business.
  • Refining the speed and quality of the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Aligning our strategic workforce planning and other HR strategies to the business needs.
  • Assisting the management in enabling strategic planning and operations for the team, tracking OKRs, and establishing internal processes
  • Supporting employees with issues and queries regarding people policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Work experience**  - We prioritize skills over traditional degrees. But any training/ certifications/ projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate your deep interest in this field is highly desirable.

    **** You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience.**

  • Software and Applications- MS Office Suite, Google Sheets, Docs, Project Management tools like ClickUp

  • Qualities & Capabilities-

    • Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
    • Creative and innovative, with the ability to design engaging solutions and facilitate change.
